Bill, what did you find out about Pro Series? It looks pretty efficient because dispatch flows to freight billing and then right to driver settlement. Did it look hard to run? I don't know yet. I'm going to test their demo this afternoon. |

LATER... Jim, I've finished the demo so let me show you how easy it is to put in loads and run all the reports we've always needed and never had. It's going to help us track our drivers and units wherever they are. How did it look on the accounting side? I tried to put in freight bills and driver settlements; but I didn't need to, because the data already flowed from dispatch. Overall, it looked great! |

| We ran the demo and it looked pretty complete, so I checked out
everything else. Does it interface with our old accounting program? There's no need, because it has fully integrated accounting built in. We can run profit & loss statements any time we want to know exactly where we are for the month. |

What else does it do? Besides a full general ledger package they bundle everything else we need; fuel taxes, driver logs, a safety program, drug testing, shop and truck maintenance and tire tracking. Since it does everything we need and more, I assume it's way over our budget? |
 Well, it ought to be expensive, but it ends up being less than half of anything else we can find - and under budget! |
