Everyone uses this phrase.  But what does it mean?  It means simply this –

If you install and implement our full Pro Series Trucking Software system,
add phone support and training, you can expect to save up to 15% of your entire G & A budget. 

This is not what we say, it is what our customers say, over and over again.

Here’s how that translates.

If you have $2,000,000 in revenue, you may have about 20% in G & A budget expenses or about $400,000.  When you let us help you reduce that by even 5%, you can redirect about $20,000 to your bottom line.

If you have $5,000,000 in revenue, you may have about 20% in G & A budget expenses or about $1,000,000.  When you let us help you reduce that by even 5%, you can redirect about $50,000 to your bottom line.

If you have $25,000,000 in revenue, you may have about 20% in G & A budget expenses or about $5,000,000.  When you let us help you reduce that by even 5%, you can redirect about $250,000 to your bottom line.

You do the math using your company revenue numbers.  The results will be the same.

Another way to look at it.

If you have 4 dispatchers handling say 60 units, moving to our system you could grow to 120 units and still need only 3 dispatchers, using 1 of your original dispatchers to get new business on a dedicated basis.

You can take about one-third of your office staff and move them to an area that will grow your business – say calling new shippers for business – rather than costing you by having duplicate data input.
